Responsible for creating a monthly, inspirational email (That's a good idea) to send exclusively to B&Q Club members.

 

Roles included:

• Content planning based on customer insights

• Presenting monthly themes and ideas to the client

• Researching and writing all copy

• A/B testing subject lines and preview panes

• Writing social copy to support the email competition

• Picture research and selection

• Working with the client and design team
